Our Mission

LSG Cleaning Services is a women-owned business based in Maywood, Illinois. We clean homes, offices and businesses to create economic opportunities and healthy work conditions for women. 

Our Vision

We envision a strong network of LSG cleaning cooperatives in Chicago.  

LSG Cleaning Services began as a vision of two immigrant women. They dreamed to use their cleaning and management skills as a way to create employment opportunities for themselves and for other families in their community. After completing a series of business classes at the Quinn Community Center of St. Eulalia in Maywood, Patricia and, Ciria founders of LSG organized other families in the community to start LSG as a worker-owned co-operative.  

Currently, LSG Cleaning is a member of the Coalition for Spiritual and Public Leadership working to expand worker-owned cooperatives to create a just and inclusive economy and foster a cooperative culture.
